Finance Manager (QSR / F&B / Restaurants Background)

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
• Monitor and control food cost, beverage cost, and overall operating expenses to ensure profitability
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies
• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L and variance analysis, and provide insights to improve business results
• Implement, review, and maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures
• Support business expansion, new outlet openings, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

• BBA / MBA in Accounting or Finance (ACCA , CMA qualified (highly preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Restaurants / QSR / F&B Services or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
