Finance Manager (Travel Industry & Digital Marketing/Tech Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial control, with the ability to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all financial activities.

This role requires full ownership of the finance function, including providing financial insights, cost control, and strategic support to management for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Maintain books of accounts and reconciliations
• Handle cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and financial controls
• Ensure tax compliance, filings, and audits
• Provide financial insights for business decisions and growth
• Work closely with management on financial planning and strategy
• Identify financial risks and recommend solutions
• Ensure expense control and financial discipline across the organization
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

Requirements

• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
• Strong expertise in:
• Financial reporting & budgeting
• Taxation & compliance (Pakistan)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems like Zoho Books or similar
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to independently manage full finance function
• Experience in travel and digital/tech business environments is highly preferred
