Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: UAE
Experience: 5–10 years (UAE experience mandatory)
Salary Range: Starting at AED 5000
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with UAE tax and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on UAE experience, and expertise in financial planning and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and other financial performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other UAE financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.
- Review and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and financial procedures.
- Analyse financial data to support senior management decision-making.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide training as required.
- Develop financial policies, reporting systems, and cost-control measures.
- Manage receivables, recover outstanding payments, and maintain communication with vendors and customers.
- Daily cash flow management and reporting.
- Conduct budget analysis and prepare interval reports (monthly, quarterly).
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of finance experience in the UAE.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
