Your Schedule!

• Full Time [Monday - Friday]

Primary Responsibilities:

• Medicaid and Medicare billing process, including client invoices and CAREGiver payroll
• Reflect the core values of HIVA, Inc and HIWV, LLC, (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise).
• Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the operating system Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems with owner or other staff members as appropriate
• Accounts Receivable and collections
• Processing of Long-Term Care insurance and VA benefits.
• Administrating Health care Benefits
• Data Collection and reporting to monitor and improve business.
• Focus on immediate financial issues and management
• Complete administrative tasks such as Record keeping and reports

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Perform anyand all other functions deemed necessary
