Role Overview

The Finance Associate will support the organization's financial operations by assisting in reporting, budgeting, transaction monitoring, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in accounting systems.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for cost control and operational efficiency.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or ACCA/CA (part-qualified) is a plus
  • Internship or prior experience in finance, accounting, or auditing preferred
