Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager (Construction Sector)

Location: Karachi

Bilal Arsalan & Co. – Chartered Accountants is hiring on behalf of a client in the construction sector for the position of Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project-based accounting and financial management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage project budgeting, costing, and financial planning

-Oversee cash flow management for multiple construction projects

-Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis

-Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor management

-Ensure accurate job costing and cost allocation

-Coordinate with project teams for financial insights

-Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

-Support audit processes (internal and external)

Requirements:

-3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector

-Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control

-Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

-Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualification: ACCA / CA Inter / ICMA / BBA / MBA (Finance)
