Senior Finance Executive – USA / Night Shift

Location: Gulshan E Iqbal Block 10 A

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time)

Weekend: Saturday half-day

Experience: Must have prior US market experience

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive with experience in the US market to manage financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will handle high volumes of transactions, ensure accurate financial documentation, and support management with timely insights and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in management reporting and provide insights on financial performance.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly closings, financial reports, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in refund transactions and bank records in collaboration with senior finance staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US accounting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and financial recordkeeping.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of financial data efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with US financial systems and regulations.
• Prior experience in a night-shift finance role is preferred.
