Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Manager Finance and Accounts. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, managing cash flows, supervising accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making and drive financial efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

· Preparation of all Financial Statements

· Financial analyses and reporting to management & stakeholders

· Compliance with accounting systems, standards and regulations

· Maintain GL and chart of accounts

· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations

· Supervise and mentor accounting staff

· Ensure Taxation and regulatory compliance

· Oversee costing and liaison with Supply chain team

· Oversee external Audits

· All financial and operational matters related (Pvt) Ltd sister concerns

Education:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred).

Qualification: CA / CPA / ICMA/ ACCA qualified or finalist.

Requisite Skills:

Proven working experience as Accounts or Finance Manager of min. 5 years

Hands-on experience in implementing & working on ERP

Knowledge of Accounting concepts like IAS, IFRS and IFAS

Knowledge of Taxation & statutory laws and regulations

High Proficiency on MS Office especially MS Excel
