Finance Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Officer / Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, specifically within the UAE market, with a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi VAT regulations, corporate income tax, and contract/invoice handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Handle VAT filings and compliance in accordance with Abu Dhabi and UAE tax laws.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other required reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
• Manage and review contracts and ensure proper invoicing in line with terms.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Provide financial analysis and support management in budgeting and forecasting.
• Resolve financial and tax-related issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, invoicing, and contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
