Junior Cost Cotroller (F&B)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-turnover restaurants within the F&B sector and a solid understanding of cost control processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
• Conduct regular inventory audits and variance analysis
• Ensure cost effectiveness in procurement and storage procedures
• Analyze sales data and forecast consumption trends
• Work closely with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize resource use
• Prepare accurate cost and profit analysis reports
• Enforce compliance with internal financial policies and controls

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B cost control experience in the UAE
• Experience working in high-turnover restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory, costing software, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
