Estimation Engineer & cost controller

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for EPC/Oil & Gas projects across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering stages
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender pricing in compliance with ADNOC standards
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flows against approved budgets
• Provide variance analysis, generate cost reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost alignment and control
• Support management in cost risk analysis and value engineering exercises

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in estimation and cost control within the oil and gas industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CCS Candy, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
