LET'S EXPLORE THE ROLE

You will be primarily supporting the Accounts Receivable function in the collection and processing of cash receipts, driving accurate, timely analysis and reporting of trade receivables and ad-hoc administration requirements from time to time within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish working relationships with the Account Receivable function stakeholder base
  • Accurate and timely billing, and maintenance of trading terms
  • Driving a collection mindset and liaison with Customers and Account Management to achieve targeted Accounts Receivable goals and reporting thereon.
  • Providing support to the Financial Controller and members of the Finance team
  • Projects as directed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes and controls

LET'S HEAR ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 5 years' work experience in a financial environment
  • Administration experience across Accounts Receivable and Payable areas.
  • Knowledge of accounting practises, standards and processes
  • Advanced MS Office - Excel and Word proficiency to intermediate level
  • Experience with SAP is desirable or equivalent (Oracle, Peoplesoft).
  • Customer service, organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail/accuracy, problem solving and working to deadlines
  • Ability to read and interpret documentations and process / procedural manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain work output when working under pressure.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
