Key Responsibilities Client Management

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs and multi-entity groups.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Advisory Services

• Provide expert advice on budgeting, cash flow management, business structuring, tax planning, and succession planning.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of team targets.
• Review work and provide constructive feedback.

Coaching and Development

• Mentor and support your team's professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Business Development

• Drive growth through referrals, strategic relationships, and new business opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-level advisory services within an accounting firm.
• CA or CPA qualified (Registered Tax Agent highly regarded).
• Strong communicator and approachable leader with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to progress to Partnership.
