POSITION: Finance Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Monitoring the organization’s income expenses and investments.
• Planning and directing financial transactions for an organization
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Creating and evaluating financial reports including cash flows.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Keep track of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
• Responsible for generating sales tax invoices to customers
• Responsible for overseeing tax matters with FBR & other Govt. agencies (with the help of a legal consultant)
• preparing cheques for utility, tax, payroll, and other company bills if required

QUALIFICATION:

• BBA/B.COM degree in finance, accounting, or a related subject
• Proven working experience of 06 Months in the Finance Department

SKILLS:

• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and relevant accounting software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Numerical accuracy
• Extensive experience with accounting procedures and systems
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail
