Position Overview

Jacked Nutrition is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to manage financial operations at our D-12 Islamabad location. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate, compliant, and organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions with accurate documentation
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper reconciliations
• Process monthly payroll in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Record and verify double-entry accounting transactions to maintain accurate ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify, collect, and consolidate financial data
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information at all times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting

(Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/finance software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
