Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Finance Officer to support the finance department in daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic to good understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting activities (AP, AR, petty cash, expenses).
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Support monthly closing and basic financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control when required.
- Maintain proper filing and compliance with company policies.
- Support audits by preparing required documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance or accounting (junior to mid-level).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP – if applicable).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred (Optional)
- Experience in UAE (if applicable).
- Knowledge of VAT filing and basic compliance.
- Willingness to grow into a higher finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
