Finance Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This is a 6-month contractual role, with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance.

Job Description:

• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations on a regular basis
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors
• Prepare payment schedules and support month-end closing activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
