Finance Officer Entry Level

We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Entry-Level Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career individuals looking to build practical experience in financial operations while working with U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day financial activities, including data entry, basic reporting, and maintaining records
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by compiling relevant data and preparing reports
• Conduct basic financial analysis and help identify trends, inconsistencies, or irregularities
• Ensure financial records are accurate, up to date, and properly maintained
• Assist in tracking cash flow and monitoring expenses
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to support ongoing finance operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
