Finance Officer Entry Level

We’re Hiring: Entry-Level Finance Officer
Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Level3 BOS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Officer to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build practical experience in financial operations while working with U.S.-based clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily financial activities including reporting, data entry, and maintaining financial records
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data preparation and report generation
• Conduct basic financial analysis and help identify trends, inconsistencies, or discrepancies
• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and tracking company expenses
• Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing financial operations and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
