Finance Officer (Entry Level - Night Shift)

Description

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in finance and accounting while gaining exposure to financial operations, internal controls, and audit processes.

The Finance Officer will support day-to-day financial activities, maintain accurate financial records, assist in internal and external audits, and contribute to strengthening financial governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily financial operations including recording transactions, reconciliations, budgeting support, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, management reports, and supporting documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support internal audit activities by reviewing financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with statutory and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
• Monitor internal financial controls and report any discrepancies or compliance gaps.
• Maintain accurate cash flow records and financial transaction tracking.
• Prepare and organize audit files, financial documentation, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and audit recommendations.
• Assist senior finance team members in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• ACCA (Part Qualified), CA-Inter, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
