URGENTLY HIRING: Finance Officer (Female Preferred)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Company: Rapid Supplies Middle East
Stipend: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Rapid Supplies Middle East, a global leader in hospitality products, is urgently hiring a female with 6 months to 1 year experience or Fresh graduate to join our Finance team in Karachi.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in receivables management, client coordination, and financial operations within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for outstanding receivables
• Make and receive client calls regarding payments and invoices
• Send tax invoices and proforma invoices upon request
• Maintain and update receivables sheet for expected collections
• Attend daily meetings with the supervisor to review progress
• Coordinate with the Finance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth payment and delivery processes

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (completed)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience using any accounting or ERP software
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Punctual, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Based in Karachi and comfortable with on-site work
• Available to join immediately
