Finance Officer / Financial Analyst (MBA – Finance)

The Finance Executive (MBA – Finance) will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control activities to ensure sound financial management of the organization. The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and accounting skills to support decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis processes.
• Assist in developing financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
• Assist in investment analysis, project evaluation, and feasibility studies.
• Support senior management in financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA (Finance) or M.Com / equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/QuickBooks), and financial modeling.
• Understanding of taxation, budgeting, and cost management.
• Soft Skills:
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or audit functions.
• Experience in financial reporting or management accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS/IAS and local tax regulations.
