Finance Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective management of financial operations, analyzing critical data, and providing insights that support informed and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis and present actionable recommendations to management.
• Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance-related role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas are mandatory).
• Knowledge of financial terms, concepts, and practices.
• Experience with ERP systems especially Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
