Finance Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. This role plays a pivotal part in managing financial operations, analyzing key data, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to guide management decisions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and ensure sustainable operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance-related role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and analytical tools).
• Familiarity with financial terms, concepts, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
