Finance Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, analyzing critical data, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and consistently upholds the highest standards of financial accuracy, compliance, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and deliver actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and long-term operational sustainability.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support business planning and performance assessments.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a comparable finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Familiarity with financial terminology, concepts, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
