Finance Officer (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Finance Officer to become part of our expanding team. This position plays a key role in overseeing essential financial operations, evaluating financial data, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial data and present meaningful insights to support management and organizational decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
Design, improve, and maintain financial models to support planning, performance evaluation, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a Finance Officer role or a similar finance position.
Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting frameworks, and operational finance.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
