Finance Officer (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. This role is critical to managing core financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and delivering data-driven insights that support informed strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, sound financial judgment, and a high level of accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports to support management and business decisions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a Finance Officer role or a comparable finance position.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and operational finance practices.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
