Finance Officer (Night Shift)

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the team at Level3 BOS. This role is critical for overseeing financial operations, analyzing data, and supporting well-informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment, particularly during night shifts aligned with U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial health and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and performance evaluation
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal teams and support financial processes for U.S.-based clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a Finance Officer or similar position
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and reporting standards
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis
• Good understanding of financial processes, terminology, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
