Finance Officer (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting and strong Excel skills to support financial reporting, analysis, and operational activities for U.S.-based operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and record maintenance
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis to support business decisions
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions to ensure operational accuracy
• Maintain and update financial data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments and support finance-related activities for U.S. clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, data handling, and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
