Job Description:

The Avenair is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and solid experience in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and salary sheets
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper internal financial controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of financial data
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
