Finance Oficer - F&B Holding Group

Job Purpose

The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining strong financial control, accurate reporting, and cost monitoring across multiple F&B brands under Zad International United LLC. The role supports daily financial operations, ensures compliance, and provides reliable financial data to management for decision-making.

Financial Operations & Control

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all group entities and brands
  • Record, review, and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and petty cash
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Track COGS, OPEX, and operational expenses per brand
  • Identify variances and support cost-control initiatives
  • Review supplier invoices and ensure accuracy against contracts and deliveries
  • Support P&L preparation and budget monitoring.

Accounts & Reconciliation

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable records
  • Perform bank, supplier, and inter-company reconciliations
  • Ensure timely payments and collections in line with approval.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
  • Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure internal controls and approval procedures are followed
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external service providers

Cross-Department Support

  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Marketing teams
  • Support payroll inputs, expense claims, and cost allocations
  • Assist management with financial data and analysis when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oman accounting practices and compliance is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of cost control and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Employment Requirement (Mandatory)

  • Candidate must currently reside in Oman
  • Applicants outside Oman will not be considered
