Finance & Operation Manager

We’re currently looking for a Finance & Operation Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department of a university,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the finance field,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Strong knowledge of SAP,
• Experience in IFRS reporting,
• Proficient in MS Excel,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Highly adaptable, open to innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all internal financial processes and ensuring the timely preparation, review, and submission of financial reports in line with group requirements,
• Monitoring monthly financial performance through actual-versus-budget analyses, variance explanations, and expense control, and providing insights to management,
• Preparing and coordinating monthly and quarterly IFRS financial reporting packages in compliance with group reporting standards,
• Coordinating the annual budget preparation process across functions, consolidating inputs from relevant departments, and ensuring alignment with group guidelines and management assumptions,
• Coordinating mid-term planning (MTP) and long-range financial projections by consolidating business inputs, assessing financial impacts, and ensuring consistency with strategic direction and group expectations,
• Reviewing sales forecasts prepared by the Sales and Marketing Department at the initial stage to ensure alignment with production feasibility, supply constraints, and financial impact,
• Coordinating the import planning process for APIs and Finished Goods in collaboration with the Abdi İbrahim Supply Chain Department, based on approved forecasts, stock levels, and cash-flow considerations,
• Monitoring production and supply execution in coordination with the Abdi İbrahim Production Planning Department to ensure timely product availability and delivery (including participation in S&OP meetings),
• Coordinating wholesaler and tender sales activities with the Abdi İbrahim Commercial Department, based on wholesaler stock levels, supply availability, and financial implications.
