Position Summary

Level: AVP/ VP

As an AVP/ VP at Deloitte, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of project scope, delivery, timelines, stakeholders, budget, issues, risks, and quality. This includes overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Work you’ll do:

A process expert in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, managing 500+ FTEs across multiple locations. Acts as the process owner for Finance Operations, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, client governance, and financial management. Develops and implements robust policies, negotiates SLAs/KPIs, and drives operational innovation and transformation. Manages risk, talent strategy, and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Leads people management, including staffing, training, performance reviews, and talent development. Provides SME support for operational excellence, identifies and signs off on changing business requirements, and influences stakeholders to implement best-in-class processes and drive transformational change.

The Enterprise Operations Portfolio comprises offerings designed to maximize client value in Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations. By adopting a holistic approach—from strategy development to process design and technology enablement—it helps clients address challenges and optimize business operations. As organizations pursue digital transformation, these functions become crucial for engaging customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Leveraging combined expertise in strategy, operations improvement, implementation, and managed services, the portfolio enables creative resource deployment and drives innovation at market speed, supporting clients in achieving impactful, future-ready operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance processes working with either a leading Business Process focused organization or captive centers in Finance Operations
  • Minimum span of control of 500 resources
  • Experience in driving Ops Innovation/ Transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and related ancillary systems and functionality
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience working with multiple key global stakeholders
  • Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization

Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage

Education:

  • Bachelors/ Masters in Finance and Accounting from accredited university

Location:

  • Hyderabad

Shift Timings:

  • 24*7 (Including night shift)
  • 5 days work from office
