Overview of the role:


The role is responsible for driving operational excellence and financial performance across the organization. This includes planning and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Expectations from the role:

  • Plan and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations such as resource allocation, scheduling, and task delegation
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and adjust financial forecasts accordingly
  • Develop and execute financial plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, clients, and partners
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate to senior management as needed
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs for continual improvement
  • Provide regular reports and analyses on operational performance to senior management
  • Maintain a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Qualification and Experience:

Candidates who have several years of experience in financial management or operations-related roles are considered. Additionally, you must have some soft skills, including leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. These credentials may vary depending upon the company
