Finance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

 • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

 • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

 • Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit processes

 • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including international teams)

 • Monitor compliance with company and regulatory financial standards

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

 • 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting operations

 • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) — active daily use required

 • Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge

 • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
