Accountant

Reponsibilities

• Acting as an accountant at the production company employing circa 150 people with target annual revenues of USD 50 million.
• Collecting data for payroll accrual and calculating gross salary and applicable payroll-related tax obligations.
• Recognition of payroll expenses in the accounting system, preparation of respective reporting (tax returns and other required).
• Pay slip preparation and sharing with employees.
• Other support of Manager in payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Have a CPA(SMMM) certificate
• Complete higher education in Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Decent knowledge of Turkish accounting and taxation legislation.
• Import-export and FEZ legislation knowledge should be an advantage.
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English.
