About the Role

We are hiring a Finance & Operations Specialist to run our day-to-day systems in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

This role is focused on ownership. You will be responsible for keeping our financial and operational data clean, accurate, and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Receive inventory and maintain accurate counts
• Enter and match vendor bills
• Prepare accounts payable for approval
• Generate invoices when orders ship
• Track accounts receivable and support collections
• Work with production to confirm shipments
• Keep Zoho Books and Inventory clean and organized

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience using accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Basic understanding of AP and AR workflows
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and self-directed

Preferred:

• Inventory or manufacturing experience
• Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory experience

This is not an administrative or assistant role. This is a hands-on role where you will own systems and help keep the business running smoothly.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
