Finance Performance Improvement Specialist

Main Duties:

-Assist in ERP system implementation for Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).

-Support requirement gathering sessions with Finance users and document business processes.

-Collaborate with IT/technical teams to ensure Finance requirements are translated into system configurations.

-Participate in system testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and document results.


Required Experience :

-Minimum 2 years of work in Finance, IT, or ERP-related projects.

-Any experience with system testing, data migration, or process documentation is advantageous.


Requirements/Knowledge / Skills :

-Basic understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting).

-Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar) is a plus.

-Exposure to financial reporting tools or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

-Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

-Good communication skills for liaising between Finance users and technical teams.

-Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
