We’re Hiring: Finance Project Head (Real Estate)

A leading real estate company is seeking a Finance Project Head to manage and control project-level finances from planning to delivery.

Requirements: CA or ACCA qualified5+ years of experience (real estate projects preferred)

Strong command on project budgeting & cost control Experience in cash flow management & financial reporting.

Ability to work closely with project & management teams

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets,

forecasts & financial feasibility Monitor costs,

revenues & cash flow per project.

Ensure financial discipline & compliance.

Provide financial insights for project decisions.
