Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Recovery Intern to join our finance team for a 3-month internship. This internship is designed as a path to full-time employment. High-performing interns will be given strong preference for a permanent Finance & Recovery Officer position after completion.

You will gain practical experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, recovery follow-ups, basic accounting, and taxation processes in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Support daily recording of business transactions in accounting software
• Help prepare client invoices on a regular basis
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and messages (under supervision)
• Support recovery processes professionally as per contract terms
• Coordinate with Sales, Development, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain updated records of receivables and prepare aging reports
• Assist in monthly financial closing and payment reconciliation
• Support basic taxation tasks (FBR, KPRA, PRA) and timely vendor payments
• Provide general assistance in financial reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration ( BBA, or equivalent)
• No prior experience required (0–6 months is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, payments, and taxes is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High level of ethics and ability to handle confidential information

• Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month
• Job Type: Internship (Hybrid – Remote + Onsite)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift: Morning 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (Flexible hours)

• Location: Peshawar
