Finance Reporting Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Manager to join our Finance team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive management reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Report Management: Develop, manage, and maintain both regular and ad-hoc management reports and dashboards.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Automate and improve reporting systems and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather specific reporting requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor reporting analysts or team members.
• Executive Support: Prepare high-level presentations and summaries for executive meetings.
• Compliance: Ensure all reporting follows internal policies and external standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in reporting, data analysis, or MIS roles.
• Management: Prior experience in managing reports or leading a reporting team is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

• managing a reporting team or overseeing a reporting function: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
