Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to support our CFO. The ideal candidate will assist with financial documentation, coordination, and communication while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records and documents
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence for the finance team
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance Secretary
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
