Job Overview:

The Senior Manager – FP&A plays a critical role in shaping Ethara’s financial planning and analysis framework, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing organizational performance visibility. Partnering closely with senior leadership, this role develops budgets, forecasts, insights, and reporting dashboards, while driving automation and digital transformation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the Finance function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to align financial outcomes with strategic goals and ensure governance compliance.
• Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis to drive informed executive decisions.
• Data, Insights & Automation: Enhance financial visibility through automated dashboards, data governance, and process digitization.
• Business & Strategic Partnering: Partner with leadership to translate financial insights into strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
• Leadership & Process Improvement: Build high-performing teams and streamline finance processes through digital transformation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in a Finance role, preferably within the entertainment/events industry.
• Experience with ERP/EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EPBCS, Hyperion or similar) is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant field e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting etc.
• Professional credentials preferred: CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.

Job Specifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Power Query, and Excel (Power Pivot, DAX).
• Strong presentation and visualization skills (PowerPoint, ThinkCell).
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capability.
• Familiarity with digital finance and automation tools.
