Finance Strategy Manager

Prominent, fast growing, international law firm seeks a strategically oriented finance manager to provide analysis to various departments. They will identify current performance trends against past and future goals and develop strategic business plans to help ensure firmwide growth and success.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in downtown Los Angeles

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing, leading, and implementing various finance-related projects
• Evaluating and analyzing strategic initiatives by initiating and directing research on competition, markets, geographies, and areas of law
• Developing financial models and reporting to identify trends and issues, while formulating recommendations and strategies for improving performance
• Monitoring progress against economic targets and goals and initiating follow-up, as needed
• Analyzing client performance data to identify client opportunities

Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a highly strategic financial role. Management consulting, big 4, or investment banking background preferred. Strong financial modeling skills required.

Base salary 150-190k DOE
