Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Finance Supervisor for a reputable organization in the Shipping & Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

* Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record keeping

* Prepare reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting documentation

* Follow up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

* Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

* ACCA, CMA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred

* Minimum 2 years of finance experience within the Shipping Industry

* Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software
