LifeGift is currently looking for a Finance Support Administrator. Are you someone who would like to have a career with purpose?
In this position you will be responsible for providing high level personalized, reliable support to the Manager of Administrative Support and to the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Is confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment part of your skill set?
Are you a seasoned Financial Support Administrator with five years of experience in healthcare setting and who is familiar with medical terminology is preferred? This may be the career opportunity you have hoped for!
The Financial Support Administrator provides personalized, reliable support to the Chief Financial Officer and to Directors in Finance Service Team. Provides high-level administrative support handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Also responsible for handling reservations and accommodation. Assists the CFO during all financial audits by overseeing timely completion of all correspondence and audit follow-up, and updates CMS portal for CMS form 855. Monthly coordinates with other administrative support team to provide documentation of all charges on account for all cards and ensures sufficient documentation is provided to Accounting team in order for the card is paid before due date. Assists in maintaining the corporate filing system in QPulse for all contracts. Assists the IT team in maintaining a listing of all company issued computer equipment. Must ensure confidentiality of assigned tasks.
