Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation & Business Process Improvement Specialist to drive enterprise-wide process optimization, Process re-engineering, finance transformation initiatives, Project Management and advanced reporting tool deployment. The role will require the candidate to lead improvements across all finance processes like PTP, OTC, RTR, consolidation and FP&A, with strong exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud, ERP (Oracle or SAP), FP&A tools (Anaplan, Jedox, Data rails etc. – Not mandatory but good to have) and RPA tools.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across the enterprise, covering Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), FP&A, Tax and Close & Consolidation cycles.

Diagnose current-state processes using data analysis, process walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews and maturity assessments to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual touchpoints and system limitations.

Design future-state finance target operating models, including standardized processes, governance structures, cost allocation models, shared service structures and performance management frameworks.

Develop process maps, workflows and SOPs to eliminate redundancy, strengthen controls and improve efficiency across business units and entities.

Lead transformation workstreams—from scoping and business case development to implementation, testing, training and post–go-live stabilization.

Establish performance measurement frameworks using KPIs, financial dashboards and data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and better decision-making.
Automation & RPA

Identify automation opportunities across reconciliations, data loads, reporting cycles and close activities.

Support development and deployment of RPA solutions (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Power Automate).

Build ROI analyses and business cases for automation initiatives.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation workstreams.

Conduct workshops, UAT sessions and training for business users.

Coordinate with IT, system integrators and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications

5–6 years’ experience in finance transformation, FP&A and digital finance.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS).

Experience in financial planning, forecasting and management reporting.

Working knowledge of RPA tools and automation concepts.

Proficiency in Excel and exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

Willingness to travel for projects
