Finance/Accounting Specialist

India

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement
  • Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Organize company events and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude
