We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to support our finance, HR, and daily operations.

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Finance & HR Coordinator to support our growing lawn care and irrigation businesses. This role handles accounts payable, HR administration, and operational support in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage time clock accuracy of crews
  • Enter and code invoices in QuickBooks; support A/P workflow
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding, and PTO tracking
  • Assist with fleet, equipment, and insurance documentation
  • Post completed work and verify billing accuracy
  • Support daily office operations and reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in admin, accounting, HR, or similar role
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in service/construction industry is a plus
