Financial Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Close month-end accounts, including preparation of schedules and posting of journal vouchers (JVs).
• Prepare in-house financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Prepare, review, and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor and update bank facility usage and fulfil related reporting requirements as per management needs.
• Assist in external audits by coordinating with auditors and providing required financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, banking requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts as per management requirements.
• Analyze financial data and reports, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Qualified CA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience with month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
